T&M Billing Setup based on receivable client

This app inserts a profit percentage into the 3-10-1 T&M Billing Setup screen for a 3-5 Job based on the price level entered in the 3-6 Receivable Clients screen.

Setup:

  1. Price level field must be set up in 3-6 Receivable Clients screen.
  2. Price level field must be filled in.
  3. App must be run from an existing 3-5 Job.
  4. Client must be entered on the 3-5 screen.

Steps:

  1. After the job has been entered, saved and recalled in the 3-5 Jobs screen, click the zMaxOneClick app and Create T&M Billing Setup.
  2. A confirmation box will appear once the setup has been completed.
  3. Go to the 3-10-1 screen for the job to view T&M Billing Setup.

Joe Contractor has to look up the profit percentage assigned to the client in the 3-6 screen each time he is creating the T&M Billing Setup for a job.
