Job Labor Report

Report to track labor for a job

This app provides a report on the 3-5 Accounts Receivable screen that shows the Budget and Actual: Hours, Burdened Cost, Unburdened Cost, Average Burdened Cost per Hour, Average Unburdened Cost per Hour for a specified job.

Setup:

  1. The following must be created for each job:
  2. 6-2 Budget
  3. 6-4-1 Change Order (when applicable)
  4. 6-3 Job Costs

Steps:

  1. Open the 3-5 Accounts Receivable screen to the appropriate record.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and choose Job Labor Report.
  3. The preview grid will appear with the report.
  4. When finished reviewing the report, click close.

Output:

Story:

Joe Contractor would like his Project Managers to be able to run a report that shows a snapshot of the labor for a job without having to gather all of the information to create the report. He would also like the report to calculate the average cost per hour.
