List of employees missing in payroll

This app looks through the open 5-2-2 payroll records and provides a list of all employees with a status 1-Current that are missing a payroll record with a status 1-Open.

Steps:

  1. Open the 5-2-2 Payroll Records screen.
  2. Click on the zMaxOneClick app and choose Find Missing Employees.
  3. The preview grid will appear with a list that includes the Employee Number, Employee Name and Hire Date.
  4. Add payroll records for missing employees and proceed with computing payroll.

Output:

    Preview grid
  1. Grid can be copied to clipboard and pasted into a Microsoft Excel® document.

Story:

Joe Contractor would like a snapshot of the employees that are missing payroll records once payroll is completely entered.. This way he can call those employees to ask for their timecard and the employee does not miss out on getting paid that week. Right now he is going through each record and checking off a checklist.

Process:

This app looks through the open 5-2-2 payroll records and provides a list of all employees in a 1-Current Status that are missing a payroll record.

Return on Investment:

Now, Joe can see which employees are missing payroll records with the click of the zMaxOneClick app. The app saves him one hour per week.
