Report which shows billing schedule for job

This app provides a billing schedule report for a specified 3-5 Job that can be exported to a Microsoft Excel® document.

Setup:

  1. A 6-2 Budget must be exported for the 3-5 Job.
  2. 3-7 Progress Billing must be used for the 3-5 Job.

Steps:

  1. Open the 3-5 Accounts Receivable screen and find the appropriate record.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and choose Billing Schedule.
  3. The preview grid will appear showing the budget amount, revenue to date, budget $ remaining and budget % remaining for each cost code.
  4. Click Export to Excel
