Story:

Joe Contractor is a Subcontractor to Homebuilders. He bills by the lot, release or model either as the work is completed or when they receive a release from the Homebuilder. It takes 6-10 hours to do every billing because they are currently using progress billing to bill every single lot separately and using a spreadsheet to keep track of the invoices.

Process:

This app creates a 3-11 Recurring Receivable based on the lot and phase chosen from the 9-5 takeoff screen. It also keeps track of what has been billed, is in the progress of being billed and still needs to be billed.

Return on Investment:

Now the billing takes 5-10 minutes with the zMaxOneClick app. The zMaxOneClick app also keeps track of the invoices for them. They no longer have to keep track of them on a spreadsheet outside of the system.
