Recurring AR Invoice from work order

This app creates a 3-11 Recurring Receivable record based off of the job and invoice details data entered in the 11-2 Work Orders screen.

Setup:

  1. The zMaxOneClick app must be run from an existing 11-2 Work Order record.
  2. The 11-2 Work Order record must have a job entered on it.

Steps:

  1. Open the appropriate record in the 11-2 Work Orders Screen.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and choose Create Recurring AR Invoice.
  3. Open the 3-11 Recurring Receivables screen to the last record and post the invoice.

Story:

Joe Contractor uses the 11-2 Service Invoice as a packing slip for delivering parts. His company only invoices out of the 3-2 Receivable Invoices module because they would like all of their invoices to be in one place. This means that the AR Clerk has to copy the information from the 11-2 screen into the 3-2 screen to complete the billing.

Process:

This app creates a 3-11 Recurring Receivable record based off of the job and invoice details data entered in the 11-2 Work Orders screen.
