Work orders where actual hours exceed scheduled hours

This app provides a snapshot of work orders where the actual hours spent on the work order were greater than the scheduled hours.

Setup:

Steps:

  1. Open the 11-2 Work Orders screen.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and choose Actual Greater than Scheduled.
  3. The preview grid screen will appear and the default filter is yesterday's date.
  4. To look at a specific date, input a date range and click filter.

Output:

    Preview grid
  1. Microsoft Excel® document (Default location is \MB7\[Company Name]\Zoom Reports)
  2. The list is per employee, per work order and per day based on the scheduled hours and actual hours logged into the 11-2 Work Order dispatch screen.

Story:

Joe is working to keep every work order on track with the hours budgeted for it. To do this, he compares the scheduled hours with the actual hours entered on the work order. He is looking at every single work order each day to see which technicians are taking longer than they were scheduled for. This can take 1-3 hours each day.

This app provides a snapshot of work orders where the actual hours spent on the work order were greater than the scheduled hours.

Return on Investment:

Joe can see a list of the work orders and technicians that exceeded the scheduled hours in 30 seconds with the click of the zMaxOneClick app.
