Work orders with early completion date

This app provides a snapshot of 11-2 Work Orders where the actual completed date clocked into the work order was before the scheduled date.

Setup:

Steps:

  1. Open the 11-2 Work Orders screen.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and Actual Before Scheduled.
  3. The preview grid screen will appear and the default filter is yesterday's date.
  4. To look at a specific date, input a date range and click filter.

Output:

    Preview grid
  1. Microsoft Excel® document (Default location is \MB7\[Company Name]\Zoom Reports)
  2. The list is per employee, per work order and per day based on the scheduled and actual dates logged into the 11-2 Work Order dispatch screen.

Story:

Some of Joe's technicians are beginning jobs prior to the date he scheduled them for. In order to see when this is happening, Joe has to look at every single work order which can take 1-3 hours each day.

This app provides a snapshot of 11-2 Work Orders where the actual completed date clocked into the work order was before the scheduled date.

Return on Investment:

Joe can see a list of the work orders and technicians that began prior to the scheduled date in 30 seconds with the click of the zMaxOneClick app.
