Work orders with overtime hours

This app provides a snapshot of overtime hours worked on a service work order per employee, per day based on the overtime laws for your state and the actual start and finish times logged into the 11-2 Work Order dispatch screen.

Setup:

Steps:

  1. Open the 11-2 Work Orders screen.
  2. Click the zMaxOneClick app and Overtime Hours per Day
  3. The preview grid screen will appear and the default filter is yesterday's date.
  4. To look at a specific date, input a date range and click filter.

Output:

    Preview grid
  1. Microsoft Excel® document (Default location is \MB7\[Company Name]\Zoom Reports)

Joe Contractor is trying to cut down on his employees working overtime, but he does not have an easy way to see the overtime hours being worked.
